Here the reader will find an array of aids for reaching a full understanding of the depths of the lectionary for the Sundays and Holy Days of Year C. There are biblical commentaries by Wilfred Harrington, liturgical commentaries by Philip Gleeson and drawings by the late Michael Biggs. In addition, there is an introduction to the Gospel of Luke (the Gospel for Year C) and shorter introductions to  the Book of Revelation and to the Letter to the Hebrews.
